These chic, effortless, bracelets are named the Laura, after my first ever Uju Lwami Creations customer, a close family friend, Laura. She saw my mother wearing one of the bracelets at a social gathering in 2020 (pre-covid), and two days later, I had my first ULC order.
The Laura is a creation that took me a long time to get right, and I'm sure I'll always be tweaking things about the product or the process.
These bracelets are handmade by me in every sense. The colors are my original custom blends, and then they are hand rolled and shaped. The result is each bracelet is uniquely created for you.
I always struggle with the fit of ready-made solid bangles so it was important for me to develop something that not only worked for me but worked for a vast range of sizes of hands and wrists. The Laura is that easy to wear bracelet that adds a chic yet edgy finish to a look. It fits universally, with its flexible, form-to-you, design. For this reason, they also make a great gift!!
Stack them; pair them with the Three-in-Ones, Lindis, or Dancing Dangles from the Signature Collection, or request a custom color of your choosing. I love to mix up bespoke colors and create custom sets with the Laura.

Made-to-order pieces will take up to 10 business days to ship. I expect it will be shorter, but want to make sure to give myself enough time to fulfil these orders while juggling mum-life. I also prefer to pleasantly surprise, than to disappoint.

Uju Lwami Creations does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Due to hygienic concerns and quality controls, we would not re-sell returned pieces. Many of the items are either made-to-order or one-of-a-kind pieces and given the very small nature of this business, processing returns and exchanges are just not feasible. All pieces are made from polymer clay. Polymer clay is a moldable medium that you can mix, sculpt and form into versatile shapes, objects, and beautiful earrings!! Polymer clay must then be baked in an oven in order for it to cure. Once cured, it will hold it's shape, while retaining some flexibility. Polymer clay is also very light and durable once cured.

Polymer clay is extremely light, durable and malleable. That means, when properly cured, the polymer clay will bend before it breaks. So, while your earrings may be bendable, please don't bend them!! You bought your earrings, and I made them, to adorn your ears, not perform acrobatics!!
But seriously, your earrings are wearable art, handmade with love, and I want your gems to last for years to come. Follow the below guidelines to care for your gems:
Keep your earrings dry and away from excessive heat. The muslin bag you received and/or the gift box are great storage for your gems. Keep your earrings away from other earrings. While the clay is durable and won't break if it falls, it can easily be scratched by other, harder materials, such as metal. Avoid throwing your gems in your purse or makeup bag. Polymer clay is a a non-toxic PVC plastic that is porous. That means it is susceptible to picking up color and dirt. The muslin bags you receive are great for travelling and keeping your gems separate and clean.Avoid getting harsh chemicals, sunscreens, makeup and perfumes on your earrings to ensure they maintain their vibrancy and color. It's best to put your earrings on after any skincare or makeup. To the extent that your gems get dirty, they can easily be wiped with water and a damp cloth, or a baby wipe (fragrance free!!). If a damp cloth or wipe does not work to remove stains, you canLIGHTLYswab cotton wool dabbed with either alcohol or some pure un-colored acetone over the piece, to lift up the dirt or stain.Contact me before trying this and I will be happy to walk you through it so that you do not risk damaging your pieces. If your earrings contain glitter, decorative foil or have been surface treated with a glaze (such as the Kenya Collection),
