Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Details

All Uju Lwami Creations sales are FINAL.  We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not process refunds, outside of the cancellation window described below.  Many of the items are either made-to-order or are one-of-a-kind pieces and given the very small nature of this business, it's not feasible for our business.  

Damages and issues

Uju Lwami Creations is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier.  Please note that we do not provide refunds for items delayed during the shipping process, nor for lost or stolen items.   

Your gems are packaged with care to protect them and ensure, as much as is in our control, their safe arrival.  You should inspect your order upon receipt and contact us no later than within the first 48 hours of receipt of your package if you receive a damaged or defective item so that we can evaluate the circumstances.  We will work with you to find some resolution.

ULC use's high quality materials and a LOT of time and care is put into the items that are sent to you. Our earrings are also subject to quality checks.  As such, we do not anticipate quality issues with your gems, but to the extent that you encounter any issues of breakage that occur despite following the care instructions, please contact me right away at hello@ujulwamicreations.com.  Please review the Jewelry Care section for the best practices to protect your gems.

Cancellations

We will honor requests to cancel an order if such request is received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
