Shipping
All shipping and packaging fees are based on the standard USPS, UPS or DHL rates as determined by package weight, shipping location and service level chosen at check-out.
Orders will ship to the PayPal address associated with the order or address input on the website at check-out unless other arrangements have been made in writing to hello@ujulwamicreations.com.
Uju Lwami Creations is not responsible for packages once they have been designated "in transit", which means they have been delivered to the respective carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and cannot issue refunds or replacements if these issues occur.
Processing
Currently, I have a processing time of up to 10 business days for items identified as "made-to-order" and up to 5-7 business days for all other orders. This does not include shipping time, which will be subject to the shipping times of the third-party carriers used to ship your items.
Honestly, I am likely to ship your orders before the end of my processing windows. However, since I much prefer to pleasantly surprise than to disappoint, I have given myself the extra time to account for unanticipated delays and to fine tune my processes as I navigate this new business and the growing demand.
Uju Lwami Creations' pieces are handmade by me with a lot of care and love. It's a slow and meticulous process, with pieces made especially for you, in the case of made-to-order items. For collections that are pre-made, these pieces are one-of-a-kind works that are waiting for the homes for which they were destined, with fierce and fabulous you.
